Discover our story, rooted in Alanya with its oldest name Coracesium, one of the leading resorts of Mediterranean tourism, established on a small peninsula with the Taurus Mountains in the north and surrounded by the Mediterranean in the south, home to ancient civilizations such as Byzantines and Seljukians.

 

WHO WE ARE

Chronological

 

1960's

The Kahya Family entered the tourism sector in the 1960s by building the 25-room Ankara Palas, one of the first city hotels in Alanya. 

 

1988

KAHYA HOTEL

Kahya Hotel was opened in 1988 in Alanya. Its capacity was increased in 1991 and 1993 by adding additional buildings and units to its structure, and today it serves its guests with 250 rooms.

 

1994

VILLA SUNFLOWER HOTEL

Villa Sunflower Hotel was opened in 1994 in Alanya. Its capacity was increased in 1998, 2000, and 2007 by adding additional buildings and units to its structure, and today it serves its guests with 226 rooms.

 

2012

KAHYA RESORT AQUA & SPA

Kahya Resort Aqua & Spa was opened in 2012 in Alanya Payallar region. Its capacity was increased in 2006 by adding additional buildings and units to its structure, and today it serves its guests with 470 rooms.

Since our establishment, we continue to serve our guests with our high-level service quality standards and our mission focused on guest delight, taking strength from our experience of more than 50 years in the tourism sector.

We derive our strength from local and foreign tour operators, travel agencies, non-governmental organizations, solution partners, and self-sacrificing employees with whom we have strong ties.

We are honored to serve our very valuable guests in our touristic facilities that have created brand value in their operating regions and categories.
